I love my life.
I really do. I love it.
Love my house.
Love my husband.
Love my kids.
Love my family.
Love my friends.
Love my freedom.
I am blessed. I am truly, truly blessed. That's all I have time for but really, that's all I needed to say right now. I've had a tough week or two emotionally but when it all comes down to it, I have nothing to be really down about. My "problems" are other people's dreams.
I'm blessed and I know it. I'm so thankful to the Lord for all that He has given me.

And that's really all that matters, isn't it? That is SO hard to remember most of the time. I know I tend to focus on all the 'stuff' that I'm not happy with in my life. But I need to remember that I am blessed. Thanks for the reminder!
You know, I think every mom feels the same way. You're frustrated, tired, overwhelmed, and yet then they tell you randomly that they love you or they smile at you with that look that says, "you're everything to me." And then your heart is melted & then sometimes I have to repent to the Lord that I've once again blown it! What an amazing gift though the Lord has given us in these children & how honored I feel that the Lord chose me to raise them...more importantly that HE trusts me to raise them up to love Him...that's what's most important. Thanks for the reminder Tara.
I feel the same way so often. Sometimes it helps to repeat it like you did...I like what you said about your difficulties being other people's dreams. I forget that a lot.
