Not-So-Wordless Wednesday - Gettin' Crafty.
My friend Jenn inspired me to do some crafts with my kiddos yesterday. I had this package of pipe cleaners, pom poms, and googley eyes sitting in the cabinet, so I whipped them out and now we're all decorated! (Seriously - that's all we used...markers, construction paper, glue and scissors. I'm not into very involved crafts.)
The top pumkin is Miss G's, the bottom is Mitchell's. He named his "Stinky" as you can see at the bottom of his page. The spiders were fun, too. Mine's on the left, Mitchell's is in the middle, and Miss G's is on the right. She kept knocking everyone's spider head off before the glue dried (shocking, I know), so those took a while to dry before we could hang them up. The kids LOVED it. I think we're going to make some leaf picture placemats today. Anyway - here's how they turned out!

Very cute! And color me impressed. You're talking to the mom who hesitates to get out the play*doh! And simple is ALWAYS the way to go!
They turned out so cute and I bet the kids had the best time making them!
Very cute - I love those spiders!
Cute! I have some Christmas crafts ideas- now I just need to get to the craft store for supplies
my kids love to make puppets out of wide craft sticks (the fat popcycle stick things). You draw a face on them and then use pipe cleaners or leftover fabric to make clothes - yarn for hair.....they do puppet shows with them......good times.
Cute pumpkins-- even stinky is cute!
Sorry, you lost me at crafty ;-)
Very cute, though!!
LOVE the crafts! You guys did a really good job! I am sure you had tons of fun making them!
You are gettin' all crafty over here! I love all their projects and you have inspired me to pull out some craft stuff for the kiddos. I need to do it more often. Thanks for the cute ideas and inspiration.
